Healthy Community Blog: Trenton Historic Development Collaborative

Trenton Health Team is excited about our partnership with the New Jersey Healthy Communities Network and grateful for their support of our project focused on increasing access to healthy food and encouraging more physical activity in the Trenton Historic Development Collaborative neighborhood.

A recently published blog by THT Community Health and Wellness Manager Matthew Broad outlines neighborhood needs, assets and planned activities.
