Trenton Health Team Named As A Lead For New Maternal & Infant Health Innovation Center

Trenton Health Team has been chosen as one of the leading organizations behind the new Trenton-based Maternal and Infant Health Innovation center. 

This marks a pivotal moment in our commitment to advancing better maternal and infant health outcomes in our community. We’re thankful to share this work with Capital Health and Rutgers University to make significant strides in the maternal and infant health landscape. 

Our prior experience, particularly through the successful Family Connects pilot program the state adopted, which ensures postpartum home-visitation care for new parents. 

We thank our Maternal Health Stakeholders group for helping co-craft our application to bring this much-needed resource and facility to our city. We’ll be sharing more details as they come.
