This document is meant to serve as a status report to Trenton Mayor Palmer and the funders, St. Francis Medical Center and Capital Health System, of the project “Making Trenton’s Healthcare Plans a Reality.”
In March 2006, the Katz Consulting Group Inc., was engaged to develop a plan for improving healthcare in Trenton.
This status report includes an outline of the implementation steps, as well as next steps.
