Trenton Health Team to Participate in Project Funded by United Health Foundation

Trenton Health Team has been selected as one of 5 organizations to partner with New Jersey Health Care Quality Institute (NJHCQI) to help enhance community health services in New Jersey through a $550,000 grant awarded by United Health Foundation.  The “Healthy Communities Create Healthy Citizens” project will focus on expanding innovative healthy-lifestyle and health-literacy programs.

“This partnership with United Health Foundation and NJHCQI will help community leaders and dedicated health providers in Trenton offer residents even more services and safe spaces where people in need can go to feed their bodies and souls,” said Mayor Eric E. Jackson.
