Community Health Worker

Zarina Paz joined THT in March 2023 as a Community Health Worker.

Zarina formerly held the position of Surgical Coordinator at University Urology Associates for 5 years. Most recently, Zarina worked at Children’s Futures as a certified Nurturing Parenting Facilitator, seasoned bilingual Community Health Worker, and Doula.

Zarina believes it’s a rewarding experience getting to serve the Trenton community. She even received an Outstanding Service Award from the New Jersey Governor’s Office of Volunteerism and the Governor’s Advisory Council in April 2022.

Zarina is originally from the Dominican Republic. In her free time, she loves to spend time with her son and two cats. Additionally, she loves to travel and explore the outdoors with family and friends.
