Yehudah Ben-Ya’aqov, 

Director of Community Care

In May 2023, Yehudah joined THT as Director of the Community Care team.

Yehudah brings 27 years of experience and has held positions at Crossroads Programs, Oaks Integrated Care, and Anchor House of Trenton to name a few. He has connections to the Trenton area and is dedicated to public health. Yehudah has a Master’s in Social Work from Rutgers University and is a licensed social worker.

As a Hebrew Israelite, Yehudah draws on his ties to the Jewish community for support and additional resources. Yehudah started B Boy Akademy, a nonprofit organization that teaches Hip Hop culture to inner city youth ages 5 to 18, and is also a Hip Hop artist, producer, and DJ.
