Diabetes Program Coordinator

Judith joins THT part-time in addition to her work as the Patient Care Navigator for Medina Community Clinic.

She has more than 30 years of experience working with populations with complex social needs, including serving as a Patient Advocate at the Ann Klein Forensic Center, through the NJ Department of Health, before retiring from state employment.

Judith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Thomas Edison State University. She also holds certificates from AADE Peer Diabetes Educator Program, Stanford University Diabetes Self-Management Program, and Scripps Project Dulce: Diabetes Among Friends, furthering her passion for diabetes education and awareness.
