Easton Davis,

Population Health Coordinator

Easton joined Trenton Health Team in November of 2022 as a Population Health Coordinator. In this role, he coordinates and manages projects in NowPow, a Community Resource and Referral Platform that allows users to partner with local health organizations better. These, in turn, provide a wide variety of referrals and subsequent follow-ups that best address the user’s social, financial, and health needs. Easton also works with the Mercer County Overdose Fatality Review Team, a multi-sector program that uses data analytics to understand systematic opioid overdose patterns better and then collaborates on subsequent harm reduction strategies to prevent future overdose deaths.

Before joining Trenton Health Team, Easton organized community outreach programs during his undergraduate career. One was a neighborhood wellness program directed at children and teens, which organized sports, provided healthy snacks, and practiced imaginative storytelling. In developing this program, Easton and his team created a community resource document concerning this population. Another involved converting a soup kitchen for the local houseless population into a soup delivery service due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Easton is passionate about utilizing the vast amount of information at our fingertips to identify best and understand the factors that can contribute to an unhealthy society. He believes that building healthy relationships, asking creative questions, and data-driven decisions are foundational in empowering humans’ physical, emotional, social, and spiritual dimensions, especially those in marginalized communities.

In his spare time, Easton loves to brew (and drink) coffee, attend concerts and comedy shows and spend time outdoors—snowboarding, hiking, camping, and playing pickup sports. Most importantly, he loves spending time with his wife and friends.

Easton graduated Cum Laude from Harding University with a B.S. in Integrated Studies, with emphases in Molecular and Cellular Biology, Culture Studies, and Ministry.
