NJ DHS Chronic Disease Self Management Program – Master Training (Day 3)

NJ DHS is sponsoring a FREE Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) and Diabetes Self-Management Program (DSMP) Master Training in April. Slots are limited; register today!
The training will be hosted in Mercerville, NJ. Training dates are 4/9 – 4/13 & 4/16/2018. Training time is 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
Registrants must attend all training days to be certified.
