OFRT- The Mercer County Overdose Fatality Review Team (OFRT) is a multi-sector stakeholder group consisting of 40 organizations that review cases of individuals who have recently died from fatal opioid overdoses in Mercer County. The group aims identifies gaps in services, explore opportunities for community collaboration, and develop formal recommendations for change to prevent future overdoses. THT and The KIND Collective also lead the Harm Reduction Committee: a smaller, focused working group to support the development of comprehensive overdose prevention solutions in Mercer County.
