THT Community Care Team Conducting Cover All Kids Medicaid Outreach

It’s the question you may start hearing from us more often. As one of NJ’s four Regional Health Hubs, THT is partnering with NJ FamilyCare to conduct community outreach for Cover All Kids.

Cover All Kids is an initiative to reach all uninsured, income-eligible children in New Jersey under the age of 19 regardless immigration status.

Through Cover All Kids, our Care Management team is providing one-on-one application assistance and family support for prospective members and households, in both English and Spanish.
