At THT, we employ a unique data approach that was built in the real world through collaboration with internal teams and local partner organizations to design tools and solutions that work for healthy communities everywhere. We offer our data services to healthcare providers, foundations, payers, public health entities, state government, non-profit organizations, and community coalitions.

The Free Food Finder is a web tool to help anyone in Mercer County find food with easy-to-use features and filters, including food preferences and accessibility data. 

NJ Statewide Food Insecurity Index

The NJ Statewide Food Insecurity Index is an informative and interactive map that can be accessed by organizations and leaders all across the state to help them make data-driven decisions and craft effective strategies in addressing food insecurity by highlighting the areas most in need. 

The Harm Reduction Map

The Harm Reduction Map and Resource Finder is a tool that shows locations and information on harm reduction, substance use, and mental health resources in Mercer County.

Trenton HIE

The Trenton Health Information Exchange (Trenton HIE) is a database that allows providers and agencies to share medical information about patients across the Greater Trenton area. This means better coordinated healthcare, better informed clinical decisions, fewer repeated services and, ultimately, improved patient care.

Mercer County By The Numbers is a database that allows access to demographic data about Mercer County, including but not limited to: education, employment rates, insurance coverage, housing, income, and more.
