Zoe Brookes

Chief Operating Officer

Zoe joined Trenton Health Team as its COO in June 2024.  She is delighted to be working with an organization making an impact on fundamental inequities in the Trenton area after holding several positions in the city previously, including Founder and Executive Director of the Trenton Circus Squad, as well as Chief Operating Officer at Isles Inc. Most recently, Zoe served as School Administrator at the Waldorf School of Princeton.

Zoe has a background in strategic consulting, including work with Bain & Company, The Bridgespan Group, and her own firm, Oomen Brookes. Born in the UK, Zoe holds an MBA from London Business School and a Masters in Engineering from Brunel University in the UK.

In her spare time, Zoe enjoys rowing competitively, practicing her Spanish and hiking with her family.
