Stephania joined Trenton Health Team as a Bilingual (Haitian-Creole) Community Health Worker on our Community Care Team in May 2026.
She has over 5 years of experience assisting families in the areas of family health and health advocacy. Her previous roles include working as a Family Support Worker, a Refugee School Impact Case Manager, and most recently, a Family Advocate for Early Head Start/Head Start School programs. Stephania is adept at developing and implementing customized care plans, fostering positive relationships, and helping others access the care and resources they deserve. These are strengths she continues to call upon in providing community care management to families in the greater Trenton community.
Stephania holds an Associate Degree in Health and Human Services from the Ultimate Medical Academy and an Associate Degree in Office Administration from Alliance Informatique, programs she completed while residing in Haiti.
Outside of work, Stephania enjoys compas, as well as cooking Haitian food – both aspects of her native culture that keep her tied to home. Overall, Stephania values meeting community members with passion and love. Her goal is for everyone in the greater Trenton community to receive the proper health treatment and support they need to live a full, happy life.
