Bilingual Patient Navigator

Sazkia joined Trenton Health Team in November 2024, as a Bilingual Patient Navigator with the Care Management Team. Prior to THT, Sazkia worked for 6 years as a Certified Medical Assistant in primary care and pediatric healthcare settings. Her mission is to provide compassionate, individualized care to all patients providing a welcoming and family-oriented healthcare environment.

Sazkia is a graduate of Mercer County Community College Career Training Institute in Medical Assistant/ Medical Records. She also holds numerous certifications that allow her to provide needed services to the people in our Trenton community.

In her spare time, Sazkia enjoys lifting weights, running, dancing, and spending time with her family.
