Conseda Bradley

Community Health Worker

Conseda joined Trenton Health Team in 2021 as a Community Health Worker.

Prior to joining THT, Conseda was a Residential Counselor for Oaks Integrated Care for more than 11 years, working with teenaged girls suffering with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. She also was a supervisor in both New Jersey and North Carolina, working with individuals living with developmental disabilities, specializing in active treatment.

Conseda holds numerous certifications enabling her to provide needed services to the community being served by THT, including Crisis Management and Drug and Alcohol Counseling.

In her free time, Conseda enjoys attending sporting events, as well as the theater, with her family.
