Tiknika Nollie, 

Senior Manager of Human Resources and Administration

Tiknika Nollie joined Trenton Health Team in 2018 as Manager of Administration before earning her current title as Senior Manager of Human Resources and Administration.

Prior to joining THT, Tiknika served as a Department Secretary for Penn Medicine where she supported the performance goals of the Homecare Department and developed approaches to enhance patient care and services.

Tiknika also served as the Office Administrator for Foundation Academies Charter School where she worked directly with the school administration to assist in the daily needs of the school community of more than 500 students and parents.

At THT, Tiknika previously served as Administrative Coordinator.  She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Human Resource Management from Strayer University.

A native of Trenton, Tiknika enjoys DIY projects, exercising, reading, and spending time with her family.
