Crystal Mathis

Senior Community Health Worker

Crystal joined Trenton Health Team in September 2021 as a Community Health Worker before being promoted to Senior CHW.

Prior to joining THT, Crystal worked in case management/nursing in supportive housing, a veterans hospital, and state institutions for the mentally ill, and developmentally disabled population.

Crystal is excited to be working with the public in Trenton and is dedicated to helping in all areas of health care, as a resident of Trenton with family here. She also completed internships and clinical work in local area hospitals while studying nursing. Crystal also has studied social work at Rowan College at Burlington County.
