Mercer County Food Stakeholders — Mercer County Food Stakeholders is a group of more than 50 organizations focused on creating more equitable access to food across the county. Sign up to receive monthly updates on upcoming meetings, partnership opportunities, collaborative events and initiatives related to food access across Mercer County.

Maternal Health Stakeholders — Maternal Health Stakeholders is a group of more than 20 organizations focused on improving the lives of birthing people and their children. Sign up to receive monthly updates on maternal health programs, upcoming meetings, partnership opportunities, and related events.

Overdose Fatality Review Team (OFRT) — The Mercer County Overdose Fatality Review Team (OFRT) is a multi-sector stakeholder group consisting of 40 organizations that review cases of individuals who have recently died from fatal opioid overdoses in Mercer County. Sign up to be part of the convening group, and receive regular communications on case review meetings or harm reduction resources.

Community Health Workers (CHWs) — The CHWs Newsletter covers trainings, guides, resources, and events from our Community Care team. Open to all CHWs in the greater Trenton area.
