France Guerrier

Bilingual Community Health Worker

France Guerrier joined Trenton Health Team in June 2026 as a Bilingual Haitian-Creole Community Health Worker, where she is dedicated to improving health equity by connecting individuals and families with healthcare, social services, and community resources. She is passionate about empowering underserved populations through education, advocacy, and compassionate, person-centered care.

Before joining THT, France built an extensive career in medicine, behavioral health, case management, and community services. She is a physician with a specialization in Family Practice and the founder and former owner of ASMED Health Center in Haiti, where she provided comprehensive primary healthcare services. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse populations and stays committed to improving the health and well-being of vulnerable communities.

France earned her Doctor of Medicine degree from Université Lumière d’Haïti and has completed specialized training in behavioral health, chemical dependency counseling, and community-based care. She has also written several manuscripts, including Unlock Your Potential, Lakou Kay Tante Coune, Moments of Sorrow, and Global Health and Social Services. These works are currently unpublished and are planned for future publication. Through her writing, she shares her experiences while promoting personal growth, global health, social justice, and community empowerment.

Originally from Haiti and now living in New Jersey, France values family, faith, and community service. She is fluent in Haitian Creole, French, and English, allowing her to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys writing, mentoring, and developing initiatives that promote health, human dignity, and opportunities for underserved populations.
