Bilingual Community Health Worker
Damariz Gonzalez joined Trenton Health Team on March 23, 2026, as a Bilingual Community Health Worker.
Prior to joining THT, Damariz worked at Capital Health System as a Patient Care Representative. In this role, she gained hands-on experience assisting patients, coordinating care, and ensuring a positive healthcare experience. She is excited to be part of THT because it allows her to give back to her community and make a direct impact on people’s lives.
She is currently pursuing an Associate’s degree in Business Management at Rowan College of Burlington County. Damariz also holds certifications in Medical Billing and Coding and Cardiovascular Technology, which strengthen her background in healthcare. Damariz is known for her strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, allowing her to effectively connect with and advocate for the diverse community.
Damariz was born and raised in Trenton and has strong family ties within the community. Her connection to the community motivates her passion for helping others. She values her culture and enjoys spending quality time with her family.
