Trenton Health Team has been serving Trenton for more than a decade, as a community health care collaborative dedicated to improving health and well-being across our city. 

We work every day alongside our community partners to combat inequities that hamper opportunities, discourage dreams and cut lives short.

THT stands with our neighbors, seeking justice, an end to violence, and a way forward together.
