Xurey Martine, 

I started my career in healthcare over 20 years ago after deciding to become a Certified Medical Assistant. I have an internal passion for helping struggling, underserved, and overlooked individuals in today’s world. Being a Trentonian, I have seen medical and social disservice to people of all backgrounds and have committed my work to advocate for those in my community.  To help them see a healthier and more prosperous life by assisting them by sharing information and speaking their language.  I have worked in various healthcare arenas, including primary care, planned parenthood, and recently the NJ Department of Health.

I look forward to continuing a rewarding career by breaking down barriers in Social Determinants of Health along with the Trenton Health Team.
