Stephanie Doering, MPH, 

Project Manager

Stephanie Doering joined Trenton Health Team as a Partnership Coordinator in January 2020 and now serves as a Project Manager.

Prior to joining THT, Stephanie worked at The Community Food Bank of New Jersey as a Snap-Ed Nutrition Educator where she had the opportunity to work in the community to deliver direct nutrition education and physical activity as well as the ability to implement Policy, Systems and Environmental change within different community organizations. Key components of this role were creating and maintaining community partnerships as well as building trust with community members.

Stephanie holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree from a Council on Education for Public Health accredited program at Walden University. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University. Stephanie also is a certified Smarter Lunchrooms Technical Assistance Provider which allows her to partner with schools to assist them in providing free to low-cost solutions to nudge students to voluntarily select the healthiest options in the lunchroom.

With experience in the field of Community Health and Nutrition, Stephanie is excited to bring her background and knowledge in the field to THT and to continue her passion of spreading awareness about health and nutrition to the Trenton community.
