Rashim Sullivan,
Health Information Exchange (HIE) Program Manager
Rashim Sullivan joined the Trenton Health Team in August 2022 as Health Information Exchange Program Manager, managing projects based on the prioritization established by the HIE Director and THT leadership.
Before joining THT, Rashim worked at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia for 15 years as a senior Phlebotomist. During her time there, she developed a program to train all incoming Medical Residents how to draw blood on pediatrics and helped the Hematology department and laboratory organize a Tacrolimus-level project. Rashim was recently working at a methadone clinic where she could utilize her clinical skills in public health.
Rashim earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from Purdue University; a Certificate in Medical Billing and Coding from Drexel University; a Certificate in Cognitive Fitness from Harvard Medical School; and she is currently attending Purdue University to earn her Master’s In Public Health.
Rashim enjoys volunteering her Saturday mornings at the “Share Food Program” in Philadelphia. She is a part of the “Sisters In Public Health” organization. Rashim is also a member of the “Autism Speaks U” at Purdue Global University, a national organization that engages the campus and local communities through awareness, education, and fundraising. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling in her spare time.
