Miss Harmon-Snow,

Program Manager-Trenton Neighborhood Initiative

Miss Snow joined the Trenton Health Team in July of 2022 as a Program Manager for the Trenton Neighborhood Initiative. For the past year, Miss was the Assistant Director of the Stuart Fund and Alumnae Engagement, where she played a critical role in building Stuart Country Day School’s philanthropic and engagement opportunities. Before that, Miss spent 17 years at Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Mercer County (RCE), where Miss served as a 4-H Program Associate since 2008. Before that, she was a Nutrition Educator for RCE since 2004. As a 4-H Program Associate, her primary focus was teaching life skills and collaborating with community partners. She led various subjects, including healthy living, STEAM (science, technology, engineering, arts, and math), financial literacy, mindfulness, dance, team-building, cooperative education, and many other programs. In addition to her role with 4-H, Miss was an adjunct professor for two years at Rutgers University, where she taught a leadership course.

Miss is glad to be a part of the THT team because she believes in helping her community and feels that THT will help her achieve this goal. She is a Trenton native and has worked extensively in the community. Miss is the proud mother of two daughters and is an avid traveler domestically and internationally.

She holds an Associate of Fine Arts degree from Mercer County Community College, a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Rider University, and a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers University.
