Joe Richter, 

Director of Finance

Joe joined THT on March 25, 2024, as the Director of Finance.

Prior to joining THT, Joe had a career that spanned 20+ years in the non-profit and healthcare sectors within the greater Philadelphia region. This included specialized non-profit and grant management at prestigious institutions such as The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Penn Medicine. Most recently, Joe served as Comptroller for Immediate Home Care and Hospice. Joe attended Temple University and Holy Family University, graduating with a BA in Accounting and Business Honors.

In this new role, Joe is excited to return to mission-based work and apply his experience to help the underserved of Trenton. Having come from humble beginnings himself, the goals of THT resonate on a personal level, and fuel his passion of promoting health equity.

Joe lives at home with his wife and family of fur babies. During his off time, Joe enjoys reading/writing fantasy, horror and science fiction. He also enjoys sports, the occasional video game and attending concerts.
