Community Health Screening Coordinator
Ebonique Price-Singh, a native resident of Trenton, joined the Trenton Health Team in 2019 as the Community Health Screening Coordinator.
With a passion for serving, Ebonique recognized her purpose in nursing. She is a graduate of Bucks County Community Colleges’ Practical Nursing program with more than 12 years experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Ebonique has served populations across the behavioral health arena, gaining knowledge unique to mental health care in Trenton and surrounding communities.
Prior to Trenton Health Team, Ebonique supervised the Behavioral Health Home program at All Access Mental Health in Princeton. She successfully led her team in achieving the Behavioral Health Care accreditation by the Joint Commission. Ebonique also worked as a Nurse Care Manager at Catholic Charties in Trenton, where she provided case management services to adults with chronic health conditions and severe mental illness. She has also worked in long-term care serving the in-patient geriatric populations. Ebonique brings an invaluable lens of a Trentonian to the Trenton Health Team that she hopes will contribute to the success of its mission, vision, and values.
She is committed to strengthening the well-being of Trenton’s communities through the role of Community Health Screening Coordinator. Ebonique’s aim is to empower Trenton’s residents through advocacy, education and understanding. Ebonique believes that Trenton is full of inspiring people and she instills this in her children. Dedicated to her family and work, Ebonique strives to maintain a healthy work life balance to ensure that her family is not compromised.
