Daniel Coghlan, 

Senior Program Manager, Trenton Neighborhood Initiative

Daniel Coghlan will be joining the Trenton Neighborhood Initiative as a Senior Program Manager, focusing his efforts on the Trenton Neighborhood Initiative. Before this role, Daniel Coghlan was the Homeownership Program Manager for New Jersey Community Capital’s Address Yourself Program, a statewide homeownership initiative to support low-income buyers in their first home purchase. Mr. Coghlan began his career in public policy with the Hurricane Sandy relief effort, working in grant management and policy approval in the Department of Community Affairs.

In 2016, Mr. Coghlan was selected as a Community Scholar by the Housing and Community Development Network of New Jersey. Mr. Coghlan holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the College of New Jersey and a master’s degree in Public Policy with a concentration in Community and Economic Development from the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
