Director of Population Health

Coiel Ricks-Stephen joined THT in May 2021 as Director of Population Health.

Coiel has a strong passion for improving the health outcomes of underserved populations and addressing social determinants of health. She has almost 20 years of experience of working in public health in both New York City and Northern New Jersey.

Coiel LOVES to bake, shadow box, and travel with her family.

Coiel earned a Bachelor of Science and Master’s Degree in Public Health from Rutgers University. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Leadership from Brown University.
