Adia Allen,
Community Screening Specialist (NJCEED)
Adia Allen joined Trenton Health Team in January 2023 as a Community Screening Specialist for the New Jersey Cancer Education and Early Detection Program, also known as NJCEED.
Before joining Trenton Health Team, Adia worked as a Community Health Worker at Henry J Austin. She assisted the Contact tracing team with COVID Testing, scheduling appointments, and referring patients to other services if needed.
Adia has worked in public health for 10+ years; when offered the position at THT, Adia was ecstatic knowing she would continue her heartfelt journey by serving the people in the community where she was born and raised.
Adia loves fashion, traveling, and trying different foods worldwide. She enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her fur babies. In Adia’s free time, she enjoys volunteering at several different organizations throughout Mercer County by collecting clothing donations and assisting with free community feedings.
