We’re back with the fourth session of the Faith in Prevention series, another two-parter, “Fix it Fast, Eat at Home” and “Fix it Safe.” We will be looking at how we can make a healthy, cost-effective meal in the same time (if not shorter) than picking up fast food. We will also talk about how to ensure we are keeping our food safe from foodborne illness by following the four-step safety process: Clean, Separate, Cook, and Chill.
